Colt is turning one! So we just had to do a celebratory cake smash, because who doesn't these days? 

His Momma warned me that he's turning into quite the ham. Boy was she right. As a photographer, I don't mind one bit!

It is so interesting that we all find it adorable and cute when kids do cake smashes for their birthday's. Because we all know that during everyday life, it's not exactly praised when you spread food all over your face and hair, or in Colt's case sit on the cake. His little face was priceless when Mom and I just sat back and let him dig in. Sprinkles were flying, and frosting was everywhere, but it was an absolute blast!

This little man, is such a sweetheart, and such a blessing to his family. It's such an honor to watch and capture these precious moments and milestones. Thanks Kim for allowing me to do so!
